The teacher app
The teacher app, at instructors.tuevia.com, is Tuevia for somebody who teaches on their own: a private tutor, a music teacher, a coach. It holds the same things an academy keeps - students, classes, a timetable, fees and a card in the directory - and leaves out what only an academy with staff needs: employees, roles, branches and salaries.
Its sidebar runs the way a teaching day does: Today, then Teaching (Students, Classes, Timetable, Courses), Requests (Requests, My card), Finance (Fees & payments, Reports) and Settings (Account, Billing).
- Getting started - signing up, your card, and the first course and class.
- Today - today’s sessions, what students owe, and requests waiting.
- Students - adding students, from a sheet too, and a student’s page.
- Classes - starting a class, its register, lessons and announcements, and ending it.
- Timetable - adding, moving and cancelling sessions.
- Courses - what you teach, and a certificate for each.
- Requests and your card - being found in the directory, and answering learners.
- Fees and reports - fees, payments, costs, and what you earned.
- Announcements - telling everybody, or one class.
- Account and billing - your details, your hours, your password, and your plan.
An account that works in an academy signs in at academies.tuevia.com instead; the teacher app says so.
