Running a campaign
Write the brief
Section titled “Write the brief”-
In Campaigns, press New campaign.
-
Under What to fill, choose the Course. If the course has a group starting soon, choose it under Intake: its start date fills Classes start.
-
Under The offer, choose one: No offer, Percentage off, A special price or Free first session. Enter Seats to fill and when the Offer ends.
-
Under Who to reach, choose the governorates the ads are shown in, the ages if you want, and your Daily ad budget (EGP). This is your own money: Meta charges your card directly, and Tuevia never holds it.
-
Under After someone asks, you can give an InstaPay address, a Wallet number or Your own payment link. They are shown to the person after they ask for a seat, so they can pay you a deposit. The money goes straight to you.
-
Under Facebook access, add Tuevia as a partner on your Facebook Page and ad account (below), then tick I’ve added Tuevia as a partner.
-
Press Send to Tuevia. Or press Save draft and come back to it.
Your academy’s page in Explore must be published before you can send a campaign: the campaign’s page is part of it. One course has one campaign at a time.
Give Tuevia access to your Facebook Page
Section titled “Give Tuevia access to your Facebook Page”Tuevia runs the ads from your own Page and ad account, so they carry your academy’s name and Meta bills your card.
-
Open Meta Business Suite and go to Settings → Partners.
-
Press Add, then Give a partner access to your assets.
-
Enter Tuevia’s business ID, shown under Facebook access in the brief, and share your Page and your ad account.
Approve what Tuevia makes
Section titled “Approve what Tuevia makes”While Tuevia prepares the campaign, it shows With Tuevia. When it is ready it shows Ready for you: open it to read the headline and the text in English and Arabic, see Your ad pictures — the feed, story and poster, with the words on them, in Arabic or English — and read the Ad texts Tuevia will run.
- Press Approve to let it go out.
- Or press Ask for changes, write what should change, and press Send. The brief opens again for you to edit, and Tuevia updates the campaign.
Once it is approved, Tuevia launches the ads and the campaign shows Live.
Your links
Section titled “Your links”A live campaign shows what it has cost and brought: Spent on ads (what Meta charged you, entered by Tuevia each day), Requests, Students, Paid by its students (money those students actually paid since the campaign went live), Cost per student and Paid ÷ spent. Under Your ad pictures, press Download to save any of them as an image.
It also shows Your links: one link for each place you share it — your page, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and a poster. Each link counts its own visits and requests, so you can see which one brings people. Press Copy to share a link. Under Share it yourself you can copy the WhatsApp message, open it in WhatsApp, and download the Poster QR to print.
The campaign’s page shows the course, the offer, the price before and after it, the seats left and when the offer ends. A person leaves their name and phone number; they do not need an account.
The requests it brings
Section titled “The requests it brings”Each request from the campaign’s page arrives in Requests, about the campaign’s course, marked From a campaign and where it came from — for example From a campaign · Facebook. Answer and accept it like any other request.
If the person pays you a deposit — to your InstaPay, wallet or payment link — enter it under Deposit received (EGP) on the request and press Mark deposit paid. Tuevia never sees the money; the mark is how the campaign counts it.
The campaign shows Requests, Students (requests you accepted) and Seats left. When the seats are filled or the offer ends, the campaign ends by itself and its page says This offer has ended, with a link to your academy’s page. You can also press End campaign at any time.
