Your home screen

Home is the screen Tuevia opens after you sign in, and the one Home in the sidebar brings you back to. Everybody in the academy has one. What is on it depends on your role.

An owner's Home

  1. The greeting. Good morning, Good afternoon or Good evening with your name, today’s date, and your role in the academy.

  2. Leave requests need review. Shown to owners, admins, and anyone whose role lets them see leave requests, and only while at least one request is waiting. The number is how many are Pending. Press the card to open the Leave Requests tab in People → Employees.

  3. Today’s Sessions. Shown to owners and instructors: the sessions you teach today. See An instructor’s home screen below.

  4. Check In and Check Out, with the time you have worked today. See Checking in and out.

  5. Apply for Leave and View My Requests. See Asking for leave.

  6. Announcements. The three newest announcements for the whole academy and for your branches. Press one to read it. View All appears under them when there are more than three. Owners also have New, to write one. See Announcements.

Everybody has the greeting, the check-in card, the leave buttons and the announcements. The rest appears for the roles above.

Mona's teaching today

Today’s Sessions lists the sessions you teach today, earliest first: those of the groups you are the instructor of, and any you teach in person or cover as a substitute. Each row shows:

  • Time
    When the session starts and ends.
  • Group
    The group’s name, and whether it is On-site or Online.
  • Status
    Scheduled, In Progress, Completed or Cancelled.
  • Actions
    Take attendance and View Group.

To take a session’s register from Home:

  1. Find the session in Today’s Sessions.

  2. Press Take attendance in its row. The session’s page opens. See Sessions.

View Group beside it opens the session’s group.

When you teach nothing today, the table says No sessions scheduled for today. An owner who does not teach sees that too.

If something goes wrong

  • No Membership Found
    You are not a member of this organization. Your account has no place in this academy. Ask the academy’s owner to invite you again.
