Payment links
A payment link lets a learner pay for their place online, by card or mobile wallet. Once they pay, Tuevia does the rest: the request is accepted, the learner is enrolled in the group and the payment is recorded in Finance, with nothing to do by hand.
Payment links are switched on per academy. If you do not see Payment link on a request, ask Tuevia to switch them on for you.
Send a link
Section titled “Send a link”-
Open the request. Under Payment link, choose the Group.
-
Check the Amount (EGP). It starts at the group’s price.
-
If you like, fill in Contact number (written in the message): a number they can call with questions. Tuevia remembers it on this device for the next link.
-
Press Send by WhatsApp or Send by email.
Send by WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with the message ready, addressed to their mobile number. Send by email emails it to them, and says Sent to and their address. The message says the course, the group, when and how long it meets, the amount, the link, and until when the link works.
If the request has no mobile number, the page says so: send it by email, or press Copy link and send it yourself.
While it waits
Section titled “While it waits”The request shows Waiting for payment, the amount, and Link valid until and the date. A link works for three days.
- Open WhatsApp again, Send by email or Copy link to send the same link again.
- Send a new link to make a new one, for example for another group or amount.
- Cancel link stops it from being paid.
When they pay
Section titled “When they pay”The request shows Paid · enrolled in and the group, and Paid on and the date. The learner is your student, in the group, and the payment is under their fee in Fees.
If the payment arrived but enrolling or recording it did not finish, the request shows Paid · finishing up: Tuevia retries it on its own, and says why it is waiting.
A link that was not paid in time shows Link expired; send a new one.
