Paying for Tuevia
An academy pays 2000 EGP a month. You find everything about it under Settings → Billing. Everyone with access to the academy’s settings can read the page; only the owner can pay or remove the saved card.
Nothing is ever charged automatically. Each month, you pay it yourself.
The free trial
Section titled “The free trial”Every new academy starts with 14 days free, and no card is needed to start them. The top of the Billing page says when the free trial ends.
Paying the month
Section titled “Paying the month”Press Pay now. Tuevia shows what you are paying for — 2000 EGP, and the dates the month runs from and to — with the terms and the refund policy. Tick the box to agree, then Continue to Kashier.
On Kashier’s page you pay by card or by mobile wallet. Tuevia never sees or keeps the card number. When you are back, the page says the month is paid.
Paying early loses nothing: the month you pay for starts where the current one ends. Pay now appears during the trial, in the last week of a paid month, and once a month has ended.
The reminder emails
Section titled “The reminder emails”Three days before the trial or a paid month ends, and on the day it ends, Tuevia emails the owner a link to pay. The link opens the Billing page with the payment ready.
The saved card
Section titled “The saved card”If you save your card on Kashier’s page while paying, it is offered the next time, so paying takes a tap. It is never charged without you. Remove deletes it here and at Kashier.
When a month is not paid
Section titled “When a month is not paid”If the trial or a paid month ends without a payment, the academy becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted: you can still open and read everything. What stops is saving — new students, sessions, changes — and every page says so. Press Pay now on the Billing page and the academy opens again straight away.
