What you are notified about

Tuevia sends a notification for a few events, each to the people it concerns. Nothing else sends one: comments, reactions, sessions and changes to an announcement do not.

Each one names who did what - Mona Adel asked for leave - in the language you read the app in. Owners and admins below are people with the Owner or the Admin role. Where somebody works is the branches their account holds: an owner, or anybody who works in every branch, hears about all of them.

Announcements

Section titled “Announcements”
  • Mona Adel posted an announcement, with the announcement’s title
    Everyone the announcement is for, except whoever posted it: the whole academy, or the staff who work in its branch. An announcement posted in a project reaches the project’s members. An announcement posted on a group’s page notifies nobody. Pressing it opens the Announcements page.

Leave

Section titled “Leave”

  • Mona Adel asked for leave: Mona Adel’s leave request is waiting for your review.
    The owners and admins who work where that employee works.

  • Leave approved: Your leave request was approved.
    The employee who asked.

  • Leave rejected: Your leave request was rejected.
    The employee who asked.

Staff and students

Section titled “Staff and students”

  • Mona Adel joined the team: Mona Adel joined My Academy.
    The owners and admins who work where the new member works.

  • Sara Ali joined IELTS · Tue & Fri 4 PM: Sara Ali is now enrolled in IELTS · Tue & Fri 4 PM.
    The owners and admins who work in the branch of the enrolment. Pressing it opens Students.

Payments

Section titled “Payments”
  • Sara Ali paid EGP 800: Sara Ali’s payment of EGP 800 was recorded.
    Sent for a student’s payment and for a custom payment, to the people who work in that payment’s branch and have the Finance permission or a student fees permission. A payment with no branch reaches only those who work in every branch. Pressing it opens the first Finance page you can use.
