A learner finds you and joins

Explore → the learner’s request → Requests → payment link → the learner’s classes

A learner who has never heard of you finds you in the directory, asks for a place, and ends up in a group with their fee paid. This flow follows them across three apps: theirs, the public directory, and yours.

Learners can only find what you have published. In the academy app, Settings → Branding holds your card, the courses shown on it with their prices, and your services. See Your card, catalogue and services.

The learner searches Explore - at explore.tuevia.com, or in their own app - by what they want to learn, category and governorate, opens your page and presses Join course on a course.

The learner asks

They add a line if they like, and send it. With no account they can still ask from your page on Explore, with a name and a way to reply. See Finding an academy and An academy’s page.

If your course has a placement test, they are offered it now, and you see the result on the request.

The request arrives in the academy app’s Requests, with what it is about, the learner’s message, and their contact details. See The Requests page.

  • Accept creates their student record from their account and enrols them in the group you choose. See Answering a request.
  • Where payment links are on, send one instead: they are accepted and enrolled when they pay. See Payment links.
  • Decline gives them a reason they will see.

Whatever you choose, the learner sees it on their own request, under You asked in their Requests. See Requests.

A payment link opens a page with their name, the course, the group and the amount. They pay by card or wallet, without signing in. The payment is recorded under their fees in Finance, and the request says it was paid. See Paying for your place.

The group appears in the learner’s Classes, its sessions in their Timetable, and from then on everything its instructor posts in Classroom - lessons, work, quizzes, announcements - reaches them there. See Classes and A piece of work, from Classroom to the learner.
