The Requests page

A request is one person asking your academy for a place. Requests lists them, newest first with the ones still waiting at the top, and opens one beside the list when you click it.

  • Who asked: their name, in Arabic too when they gave it, their email address and their mobile number. These come from their Tuevia account, so they are right.
  • When: how long ago they asked.
  • What about: a course of yours (About and the course), or one of your services (About the service and its name), or nothing — a request about the academy as a whole.
  • Looking for: what they wrote, if they wrote anything.
  • Placement test: their score and the level it places them at, if your academy uses the placement test and they took it.
  • From a campaign: when the request came through one of your campaigns, and from which link - Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Poster and so on.

Every request also arrives in the CRM as a lead, so it can be assigned and followed up: see the leads list.

  • New: nobody has answered yet. These sit at the top.
  • Answered: you have been in touch, but have not decided.
  • Under review: you pressed Still deciding.
  • Accepted: they are a student now.
  • Declined: you said no.
  • Waiting on them: an invitation you sent, which they have not answered yet.
  • Withdrawn: they took their request back, or an invitation was cancelled.
  • Type in Search by name, contact or message… to find a person by their name, their email or phone, the course they asked about or what they wrote.
  • Choose a status under Filter by status to see only those, or All.

The number beside the title, for example 3 waiting, counts the requests still New.

How it is going counts every request your academy has had: how many asked, how many became students, how many you declined, and how many are waiting for an answer. By category splits them by what learners were browsing when they asked.

What learners think shows your rating once three learners studying with you have rated the academy. Ratings are anonymous: Tuevia never says who gave one.

The code button beside the title opens Join this academy: a code to print and keep on your desk. Whoever scans it signs up and joins you in one go, and their request arrives here.

  • Copy the link copies the same link, to share in a message.
  • Download to print saves the code as an image.
