Resources keeps track of what your academy owns - books, laptops, projectors - how many of each there are, and how many are put away in storage.

• Categories - group what you own, and change a group’s name or description.
• Adding and editing items - add each thing with how many you have, and change it when you buy more or some are lost.
• Storing, unstoring and adjusting stock - put items away in storage, bring them back into use, and correct the number stored.
• Deleting items and categories - remove what the academy no longer has, and what happens to a deleted category’s items.
